Cast Iron Grill Recipe - Aqua Pazza (Serves 2)
Ingredients
2 Slices Of White Fish (Such As Cod)
10 - 12 Clams
6 Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Red Onion
1 Small Bunch Of Asparagus
1 Garlic Clove
1 Lemon
50ml White Wine
1 Tablespoon Of Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Step By Step Guide:
Sprinkle your fish with salt, let it sit for approximately 5 minutes, then pat off excess water. Clean and remove any sand from your clams.
Cut your red onion into wedges and thinly slice your lemon. Crush your garlic clove.
Place all your ingredients onto your pre-heated grill pan. Sprinkle olive oil and salt and pepper onto the ingredients.
Place your grill onto your BBQ or indoor grill for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove when clams have opened and fish and vegetables are lightly browned.
Cast Iron Grill Recipe - Sweet & spicy Grill Chicken Wings (Serves 2)
Ingredients For Sauce
4 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Gochujang
1 Teaspoon Honey
Ingredients
4 Chicken Wings
2 Potatoes
A little Unflavoured Oil
Salt & Pepper To Taste
A Small Quarter Cup Of Cashew Nuts
Thyme
Step By Step Guide:
Mix the sauce using the ingredients listed above.
Make a cut along the bones of each chicken wing and soak in the sauce for half or a whole day.
Cut the potatoes with skin on into wedge, soak in water and then wipe off the moisture.
Dress your potatoes in oil and add finely chopped thyme with salt and black pepper to taste.
Arrange your chicken wings and potatoes on your preheated grill pan.
Bake at 220 degrees for approx 10 minutes. Grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Add the remaining sauce and cashew nuts, bake until golden brown or slightly charred and it’s ready to eat.
